English language newspapers in lobby - it seemed to me there quite a few Canadians, Americans and British staying at the hotel so providing this service would be appreciated. Internet service in the rooms should be provided at no charge. If inexpensive hotels in Canada can provide this service for no charge why would a higher quality hotel like Arvena Park that already charges a higher price for a room need to also charge for a service that is very inexpensive to provide?

We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and the helpful tours/ticket assistance. The terrace provided a lovely spot to relax, and the in-room safe offered peace of mind. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again!

They had no Dutch tv channels and only two (?) English speaking channels. This could be improved upon.

The room at Arvena Park Hotel was well-equipped with amenities such as an iron board, hair dryer, and good WiFi. The hotel also provided nice amenities such as soap and other toiletries. The staff was very helpful throughout my stay, and the bar on the first floor had a great menu and friendly staff. Additionally, the hotel had good heating and air conditioning, which is a rarity in Germany. As someone with physical handicaps, I found the facilities at the hotel to be accessible and accommodating.

I felt well taken care of during my stay at Arvena Park Hotel and had no complaints at all.
